Order Processing & Delivery
For Orders within the US:
Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order after you have received your confirmation email. Once it is processed, estimated delivery for standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

For Orders outside the US:
Processing time frame will be the same with orders within the US. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery time varies from different countries. Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to be delivered.

Under any circumstances, WINNERSCIRCLE is not responsible for duties, taxes and customs fees. Buyers will be held accountable for any country restrictions, duty tax, or any other fees collected. 

Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please carefully inspect your order before placing them.

If you received defective items upon delivery, please contact us and we will send replacements with no additional cost.

Decals & Banners
When applying decals & banners, please take your time. Vinyl needs to be seated properly on clean surface and sit to cured before removing transfer tape.
